Check in and out will be electronic via email. All information will be provided to you prior to your stay for you to be able to enter the inn safety and successfully.
Hard surfaces of the common areas, touch points and guest rooms are frequently cleaned and sanitized with a commercial hospital grade disinfectant, Mediclean or equivalent, approved by the EPA for effective elimination of the COVID-19 virus.
All staff will wear face masks as ordered or recommended by the Governor of New York and Regional Authorities.
All Staff will observe current social distancing recommendations within the workplace and maintain sanitary hand washing techniques to reduce the possibility of contamination or cross contamination.
We encourage all guests to wear Personal Protective Equipment, PPE to protect themselves and others.
Fresh linens and towels are always provided to our guests at the beginning of each stay and per request.
In-room services will be upon request for fresh linens, towels or toiletries. No Staff will enter any guest room unless requested or approved by the guest. So no refreshing of rooms daily, unless we’ve been given the ok.
Breakfast will be served by the Five Points Deli, you can simply walk across the street, order your breakfast and sit inside or outside our spaces within the inns property.
Hand sanitizer has been added to each guest room.
